Wilsonville Skatepark

Wilsonville Skatepark / Chuck Green Skate Plaza / Trocadero Park ( located basically on the corner of SW Paris Ave and SW Palermo ST ) in Wilsonville OR is about 35 mins south of Portland OR. Built by Dreamland Skateparks this park is 6,000 sq ft. and was pretty fun although a bit weird. Firstly, the park is located in this strange newly built suburban sprawling development, to get there you have to go through like four or five roundabouts, actually if you look at the pics on Dreamlands page it looks like they built the park before the even finished the housing development. While I hate this sort of suburban development, I have to give props to Pacific Community Design Group for having the foresight to build a skatepark in the middle of this development. And on that note, I was there early in the morning, but be forewarned this park most definitely is overtaken by scooter kids usually; And on that Note, seriously what is the deal with these freaking scooter kids?? Buy your kids a fuck

Sherwood skatepark

Sherwood skatepark ( 23000 SW Pacific Hwy, Sherwood, OR 97140 ) In Sherwood OR is about 45 mins South West of Portland OR. This Park built by Dreamland Skateparks is rather big at 12,500 sq ft and has a variety of thigs to hit within it so try to stay with me on my rambling description. Firstly, the concrete is in great shape, exceptionally smooth extremely fast and a little slick. It wasn’t too bad but I’m riding relatively soft wheels; Powell Peralta SS G-Slides 85a’s so normally I’m sticking to the walls on the transitions not sliding out but it was rather cold the day I went so that might have had something to do with it. Anyway, with that said let’s get into the park shall we; The entire park has a slight slope down to the back of the park where the big bowl is. At the top entrance of the park it starts with a sort of kidney shape transitions that average about 5ft, this leads to an area of flat that has a triangle grind to the right and to the left you find a wall transition wit

Tigard Skatepark

Tigard Skatepark, AKA JIM GRIFFITH Memorial Skatepark ( 13037 SW Beaverton-Tualatin Hwy, Tigard, OR 97223 ) is located in Tigard OR, about 30mins outside downtown Portland and is a monster of a park even if you disregard the T-Rex guarding the street section of this behemoth concrete jungle. Built by Dreamland Skateparks  the concrete is in real good shape but not to slidable if you eat it, so try to run out if your sporting pads. The park is 15,000 sq ft. and is massive in my opinion, seriously I’m going to probably forget to mention something about this park. The street section has a ton of flat with a lazy Susan/turntable off center in the flat area, at one point it turned but when I was there it seemed to be sealed up. To enter this area, you role-in down the 6ft to 7ft transitions that lead down to the flats, on the back wall of the street section the transitions range from 6ft to what I think is about a 12ft wall. To the right if facing the big walls, you have a 4ft steep transi
