Astoria Skatepark ( Tapiola ) located at 857 Florence Ave, Astoria, OR 97103 was pretty fun to skate. Built by Dreamland Skateparks in 2001 it is a decent size park at 12,000.00 Sq Ft and is relatively good shape considering the age of the concrete. The park consists mainly of a big bowl that ranges from about 6ft to around 12ft on the big transition wall. The copping was in great shape and grinded well. The whole park slopes downward to the big section, between that and the rougher concrete it made pumping back up to the shorter transitions a bit slow for me , but I ride 84b’s so softer wheels may be a better choice for this park just to keep your speed going back up to the smaller transitions. All around it’s a really fun park to hit up if your down there.
